    Short version: The Gaming Highlight Clipper AI app runs 100% on your own
    computer. We do not upload, store, or receive your video, audio, or gameplay data —
    ever. The only data we collect comes from (a) you making a purchase, (b) you contacting
    us, and (c) standard website analytics on gamingclipperai.com. Details below.
  

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Tradefleet LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal business location in Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 ("we", "us", "Tradefleet"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the gamingclipperai.com website (the "Site") and the Gaming Highlight Clipper AI software product (the "Software"). Tradefleet LLC is the data controller for this processing.

2. What the Software collects (nothing)

Once installed, the Software processes every video, audio file, and license activation entirely on your own computer. It does not:

upload or stream your video, audio, or gameplay recordings to Tradefleet LLC or any third party;
send telemetry, crash reports, or feature-usage statistics;
contact any external server for license validation (activation is an offline HMAC check).

The only times the Software contacts the internet after installation are:

Model downloads (first launch only): the OpenAI Whisper transcription model (~1.5 GB) and the EasyOCR text-recognition model (~300 MB) are fetched from their respective upstream providers so that subsequent runs can perform inference locally. No telemetry is attached to these requests.
Update check (user-initiated): when you click "Check for Updates" in the Software's About tab, it fetches a small JSON file from gamingclipperai.com describing the latest version. Your license email is not sent.

3. What the Site collects

When you visit gamingclipperai.com, your browser automatically transmits certain information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL). We use the following services to process this traffic:

4. What we collect when you buy

When you purchase a license, Stripe processes the payment on our behalf. Stripe transmits to us: your email address, your first and last name (if provided), your billing country, and a transaction identifier. We do not receive your full card number or CVC — only the last four digits of your card for our records. We use this information to:

generate and email your license key (via Resend);
provide customer support, including resending a lost key to the same email;
comply with tax and accounting obligations;
detect and prevent fraud.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies for:

Essential functionality — remembering checkout state during a purchase.
Analytics and advertising — Google Ads sets cookies to measure which ads led to downloads and purchases, and to serve remarketing ads to prior visitors. You can opt out of Google personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.

No cookies are set by the installed Software; cookies are a browser-only mechanism.

6. How long we keep your data

Purchase records — retained for 7 years to satisfy accounting and tax requirements.
License emails — retained indefinitely so we can resend a lost key on request.
Support emails — retained for 2 years after the last message.
Website analytics — retained per Google Ads' default settings (currently 14 months).
Server logs (Cloudflare / Vercel) — retained per each provider's default (currently 30 days or less).

7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements);
export your data in a portable format;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time (every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link);
(California residents) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information in the CCPA sense, but you can confirm this at any time.

8. International transfers

Tradefleet LLC is based in the United States. Our service providers (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Vercel, Google) also operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Site or the Software from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under the safeguards each provider maintains (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

9. Children's privacy

The Software and the Site are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS everywhere, encrypted secret storage, principle of least privilege for internal access). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. If a breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above and announced via the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the Software after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
